Refund Policy

Welcome to Paintings by Ciya!

Paintings by Ciya is an artistic extension of Soaked in Canvas — both founded and led with the same creative vision. While Soaked in Canvas brings communities together through experiential art workshops and events, Paintings by Ciya showcases original, heartfelt artworks created by the founder herself.

Return and Refund: 

There will be no returns and no refunds. Since all purchases made are on make to order basis, we DO NOT accept any returns. 

What items are eligible for refund?

• Damaged - If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition
• Wrong Order - If you receive a wrong order (in terms of size or type )
• Custom artworks are NOT eligible for return, unless delivered damaged

If any damaged products are verified and approved then we will refund that amount as per our policy. The refund amount gets credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Cancellation

• However, if you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 02 (two) days of the order placement. 

Please Note - That a cancellation fee of 2.5% will be applied on the amount paid by you while processing the refund.

How can you initiate Cancellation or Refund?

Write and send an email at paintingsbyciya@gmail.com mentioning the reason for cancellation within the above mentioned timelines. Please note if the set timelines are not met, we will not be able to help you anyway.
